Alawin processes withdrawals on a schedule that matters before you request one: the financial department works Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, and requests are handled within 3 business days of submission — or 3 business days after the previous withdrawal cleared. Weekend requests queue until Monday morning.

What it costs and where the ceilings are

The withdrawal cap you face depends on your VIP level, which is calculated from your activity over the 90 days before you request a payout. If you have not placed bets for a month, your level resets to Level 1 automatically. The table below shows daily and monthly limits in EUR for each level.

You can hold a maximum of 3 pending withdrawal requests on your account at any time. A fourth request cannot be queued until one clears.

One cost worth knowing before you deposit: if the total amount you wager falls below the amount you deposited, Alawin reserves the right to cancel winnings and retain a commission of 10% of the deposit (minimum 0.50 EUR), rising to 15% if the deposit was made by bank card or bank transfer. There is also a minimum monthly wagering threshold of 20 EUR within the calendar month of any withdrawal request — falling below it gives Alawin grounds to decline the payout.

Accounts with no login for 180 days are classed as inactive. A monthly administration fee of 5 EUR is then charged for as long as the account stays dormant.

Why a payout gets held

The most common reason a withdrawal is delayed is an incomplete verification check. If documents are requested and not provided within 30 days, the account is closed and funds are forfeited.

A withdrawal can also be declined if the monthly wagering threshold of 20 EUR has not been met. If you have an active bonus, attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are cleared will cancel the bonus and associated winnings.

Proving who you are

Alawin may ask for a certified photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used — including bank statements or card statements. In some cases, verification by phone call or facial recognition is also requested.
